Animation Workshop (Aged 8+)
Discover the joys and wonder of Stop Motion Animation with Carn Media @ An Carn!
Spend the day learning the principles of animation, model making, set building – then put your new skills to work using ipads and mobile devices – so you can continue making movies and cartoons beyond this workshop!
We will be working in teams throughout the day, so feel free to bring along some small props (ideally lego) so we can make that masterpiece happen.
Very much linked to moving images in the educational curriculum, this workshop will also be a learning process, where participants will gain the knowledge of integrated animatics, career paths, the necessity of animation in today’s world – it’s older than movies and still just as relevant! These classes fill up quickly so book your child’s place as soon as possible!
