Tirkane Post Office moved into the An Carn building in 2006 following efforts by the Carntogher community to ensure its survival within the community.

Since then it has become an integral part of the community within the An Carn building.

Opening hours –

• 9.00am – 4pm (Mon – Thurs)
• 9.00am – 1pm (Fri)
• Closed (Sat & Sun)

Services available include:

• Cash withdrawals/lodgements to banks
• Normal postal services
• Electricity top up
• Mobile phone top up
• Bill payments
• Drop & Go
