Pólca 4 are a high energy group specialising in music from the West Kerry region.
Guaranteed to get the foot tapping and the blood flowing a great night is always on the card when these boys are in town.

The music is naturally full of vigour and energy, mixing local polkas and slides with jigs, reels and songs. Pólca 4 are true to the essence of traditional music but bring their own style and innovations that have made their music wildly popular around the world.

The band’s arrangements breathe new life into these time-honored melodies, infusing them with their unique interpretations while preserving the essence of the traditional tunes. Pólca 4’s performances are characterised by lively interplay between the fiddle, accordion, guitar and percussion, creating a musical tapestry that transports listeners to the heart of West Kerry.
