Irish Classes for Adults – 2024

There will be a class for every level and there will be seven levels (depending on demand). The course is specially designed to bring learners step by step from scratch to fluency, and it will be delivered by our team of qualified experienced teachers.

So, if you are a complete beginner, an improver, or a fluent speaker who wants to practice, register by Wednesday 10th January .  Information will be sent to you about your class. Come directly to your class on Monday 15th January  from 7.15pm. You will be very welcome.

The first term will last 9 weeks

Tutors:

Irish in the Family *- Gráinne Ní Chatháin  (A copy of Gaeilge don Teaghlach / Irish in the Family folder will be required for this level and can be purchased from Siopa an Carn)

Level 0 – Complete beginners – Tutor – TBC

Level 1 – Séamus Mac Conmidhe & Clár Ní Chnaimhsí (class is split into two groups)

Level 2 –  TBC

Level 3 – Barra Glas

Level 4 – Siobhán Ní Dhoibhlin

Level 5 – John Grant

 

Time: 7.30 – 9pm (no tea break)

Cost: £30 (Concessionary rate: £25**)

It is essential to book your place by Wednesday 10th January   – Registration on the first night will NOT be permitted.

 

The course follows the text book Gaeilge Gan Stró. A copy of the book will be required to complete the course. It is available to purchase from www.siopaancarn.com
