Forest Bathing
(in English) with Tony Bailie
Reconnect with Nature through Shinrin Yoku (Forest Bathing)
Originating in Japan, Shinrin Yoku, or Forest Bathing, is a gentle, mindful practice proven to support physical and mental wellbeing. Backed by extensive research and endorsed by the NHS, it offers a powerful way to slow down and restore balance.
Join Crann Forest Therapy for an immersive experience inspired by the Irish expression fite fuaite—meaning interwoven. Through a series of guided sensory meditations using sound, sight, smell, touch, and even taste, you’ll reconnect with the natural world, weaving yourself back into nature while nurturing both body and mind.
