Natural Approach to weight loss and weight management – 4 week course
With a wide range of weight loss plans on the market for many years - what works and what doesn't work? New user-friendly program on learning how REAL food can give you Healthier Lifestyle Benefits. The program includes an easy to use menu planner, recipes and health tips to keep you on track (Healthy Lifestyle Package to take home with you)
Week 1: we will start with a weigh-in which is optional. You will then receive a starter pack and menu planner which will be explained - how to use the food sources and the recipes provided Session 1 will be 21/2 hours.
Weeks 2, 3, 4: optional weigh-in with a cookery demonstration and taster, question and answer session with additional recipes and nutritional information being added to your program This will be a 2 hour morning session - staying for talk and demo after weight-in will be optional for these weeks.
